Accordingly, Irish Construction Company reserves the right to make changes without notice and all information is provided “as is”.
Bidding Contractors must verify for themselves that their information, including any and all addenda, is complete and up to date.

No license, grant, or copy-right of use is conferred by issuance of on-line Bidding Documents. Further, no implication of Subcontractor/Supplier qualification or contract award is conferred by this issuance of on-line Bidding Documents.
Irish Construction Company and the Web Site Host disclaim any warranties or liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall Irish Construction Company be liable for any damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, and loss of business information to use this Web Site Plan Room, even if Irish Construction Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
